Our Story

 Straight6 was founded in South Africa in 2014 on a clear conviction — that the gap between leadership perception and frontline reality is where most incidents originate, and closing that gap requires a fundamentally different approach to safety. 


 The Snakes & Hazards programme was built around that conviction. Over the past decade it has been delivered across nine countries, 35 leading industrial organisations, and more than 60,000 employees. Straight6 India brings the same methodology — and the same standard of rigour — to the Indian industrial market.

    Our Experience with Snakes & Hazards

    At TVS Motor Company, safety is a non-negotiable priority. In early 2025, we partnered with Straight6 India to implement the Snakes & Hazards -Dynamic Risk Reduction Program and strengthen our workplace safety culture. Their engaging, principle-based approach transformed the way our teams identify and act on hazards.

    Through the program, we gained a fresh perspective on risk and applied it to create a model safe production line. Over 600 improvements were made to our safety standards, and the program’s structure allowed us to easily deploy it across all TVSM Plants.
