Our History
Founded in South Africa in 2014, Straight6 began with a simple mission — to make workplace safety practical, engaging, and human. What started as a single behavioral safety program has grown into a global movement for cultural transformation. Over the years, we have worked in nine countries across Africa and now India, partnering with more than 35 leading companies and training over 50,000 people. Our journey reflects a decade of innovation, collaboration, and measurable impact — helping organizations turn safety from a compliance exercise into a shared culture of awareness and action.
